- 6:30 - 7 p.m. Gentle Yoga: Feel-good yoga or qi gong at a relaxed pace with space to breathe. A few mats are available for you to borrow, but please bring your own if you have one.
- 7 - 7:20 p.m. Meditation: Space to relax in the quiet, returning to ease in the body and ease in the breathing. You are welcome to sit on the floor, in a chair, or lay down.
- 7:20 - 7:30 p.m. Sharing and Discussion: Share any questions, reflections, and observations and hear what others have to share. It's ok to just listen, too.
Safety: If you have any symptoms of contagious illness (e.g. coughing, fever, runny nose, body aches, malaise, etc.), please stay home and recover. Thank you for caring for your health and the well-being of people attending practice.
Led by the practice leaders of Indy Community Yoga.
Eagle Branch
In 1960, after residents petitioned for a permanent library, a storefront branch opened at 30th Street and Lafayette Road, the first branch in the system to be located in a shopping center. A stand-alone facility at 3325 Lowry Road opened in 1970 with 12,000 square feet. On June 1, 2019 the Lowry Road facility was replaced by a new 20,000-square-foot building at 3905 Moller Road.
