Join an interactive preschool program that introducts children to patterns through stories, music, games, and more! Explore math skills and creativity with trusted content from PBS Kids.

Registration is required. Space is limited. 

Foster early math skills, critical thinking, and creativity in this interactive preschool program! 

In partnership with WFYI, we will use beloved characters and trusted content from PBS Kids to encourage play around important skills. 

This program is made possible by Friends of the Library through gifts to The Indianapolis Public Library Foundation

About the branch

The Spades Park Branch was built with funds from a $120,000 grant by the Andrew Carnegie Foundation and opened in 1912, six months after the opening of the city’s other remaining Carnegie Library, the East Washington Branch. The 7,500-square-foot branch underwent a $610,000 renovation in 1987 and celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2012.
