Need book visuals? Canva's got you "covered"! In this session, we will focus on tools and features you need to know to make Canva’s templates work for you and your book. There will be a hands-on portion during which attendees can gain experience editing, customizing, and downloading finished projects. Variables such as print books vs. eBooks, popular size options, and cover design genres/styles will be discussed. Printed take-home resources will be provided.
This session requires a free Canva.com account. You can create this ahead of time and bring your Canva login info with you or bring access to your email address (current email login information or have your email account logged in on your phone) and we can help you create a Canva account! As the hub of the Indianapolis Public Library system, Central Library showcases renowned architecture and services. The original 1917 building, designed by Paul Cret and constructed of Indiana limestone in the Greek Doric style, was considered one of the most outstanding secular buildings in the U.S. Its six-story glass and steel-framed addition, designed by Evans Woollen, opened in 2007.
