Reading Ready Time is a virtual library experience specifically designed to help children 3-6 years old get ready to read and connect with the Library. - There are lots of ways to engage little people in creating their own books. This site offers tips as well as examples for bookmaking in the classroom.
- How about creating a play library in a corner of the room? Children can even hold their own storytimes!
- A fun twist on the musical chairs game. What a great way to get students to explore different titles!
- Logo recognition is a beginning reading skill! Print out the alphabet sound chart from Teachers Pay Teacher for free and encourage your children to find the logos as they travel around town.

This is not a real library branch - this is the "location" for our events that occur online. Online events that take place on Zoom should all involve registration and a link will be emailed to participants. Other online events may occur on YouTube or Facebook, and will not require registration.
