Leave with:
Module 1: Plot Your Position (Saturday, February 7, 2:00 p.m.)
In this first module, you'll start with a quick assessment of where you are now, discover your core professional values, and craft a vision statement that will serve as your guiding light. Remember, there are no right or wrong answers here—only your truth. You will chart a course forward, understanding exactly where you stand closing with the knowledge of what matters to you professionally. You'll take an honest look at your current career situation, and uncover the values that guide your professional decision. Think of this as creating your career compass.
Module 2: Chart Your Direction (Saturday, February 14, 2:00 p.m.)
Many of you may know where you want to go in your careers, but something holds you back. In this second module, you'll tackle those obstacles head-on. Often, your biggest career barriers aren't external—they're the limiting beliefs and the stories you tell yourselves about what's possible. You will work on transforming these limitations into steppingstones for growth. You'll learn how to reframe your professional story in a way that emphasizes your strengths and resilience, while also identifying strategic connections that can support your journey. This module is about clearing the path to your professional goals and building the confidence to pursue them.
Module 3: Design Your Course (Saturday, February 21, 2:00 p.m.)
In this final module, you're focusing on concrete steps to move you forward; therefore, you'll identify your natural leadership style and how to leverage it effectively. Then, you'll create a practical action plan that breaks down your career aspirations into manageable steps. Think of this module as creating your professional roadmap—complete with milestones, potential detours, and the resources you'll need along the way. By the end of this session, you'll walk away with a tangible plan to set and achieve your goals. Remember, even the longest career journeys begin with single steps, and you’ll be mapping out those crucial first moves.

Its roof-top solar photovoltaic system will provides 80% of the building's electricity needs. The Branch is the first library branch in the state of Indiana to become a Certified Autism Center™ by receiving an international autism accreditation through the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES).
