Create art together that serves as a memento of places, people, pets or moments in time that hold special memories for your family. Perfect for families with children ages 5 and older.
Led by experienced artists, children and their families will work together to create works of art featuring photo(s) that represent this memory. Families may experiment with a variety of art supplies and tools as they choose colors, shapes, imagery and objects that express who they are as a family.
Presented as part of the Building Community Through Art Workshop Series, with support from Indy Arts Council and the City of Indianapolis.
Space is limited. Registration opens March 1.

The 20,000-square-foot Michigan Road Branch provides greater access to Library services and collections, engaging spaces for children, teens and adults, more computers, and a large community room. The branch opened in December 2018.
