New Location: Lunar New Year Festival
Year of the Horse 2026
Saturday, April 04
12:00pm - 4:00pm
The Indiana Association of Chinese Americans (IACA) and Indianapolis Chinese Performing Arts, Inc (ICPAI) will host a Lunar New Year Festival at the Indiana Historical Society, 450 West Ohio Street. Come join us in celebrating the year of the horse!
Due to the unexpected interior repairs that have temporarily closed Central Library, our Lunar New Year celebration for April 4 is moving to a new location: Indiana Historical Society, 450 West Ohio Street, from 12 noon – 4 p.m.
This is one of our most spectacular and highly anticipated events of the year, and we’re excited to still celebrate with you—just in a different space!
There will be no vendor booths this year, but all the festive energy and cultural celebration you love will still be there—for free and open to all.
Thank you for your understanding as we work to reopen Central Library. We can’t wait to see you on April 4!
