Learn to create presentations and standalone slideshows for work, school or personal use. Before taking this class you should be comfortable using Microsoft Word.
By the end of this class you should be able to create slides with several different layouts and designs; insert and change text and pictures in a slide; create eye-catching transitions from slide to slide; play your slideshow, and save your work onto a flash drive. This program, to be held in the Computer Training Lab, is made possible by Friends of the Library through gifts to The Indianapolis Public Library Foundation.

As the hub of the Indianapolis Public Library system, Central Library showcases renowned architecture and services. The original 1917 building, designed by Paul Cret and constructed of Indiana limestone in the Greek Doric style, was considered one of the most outstanding secular buildings in the U.S. Its six-story glass and steel-framed addition, designed by Evans Woollen, opened in 2007.
