Learn how to protect yourself from dishonest practices on the Internet. To take this class, you must have a sound understanding of the keyboard, mouse, Internet and email.
In this class, to be held in the Computer Training Lab, you will learn to create strong passwords and easy ways to remember them, ways to shield your privacy, and how to avoid other dangers as you browse and shop on the internet.

About the branch
As the hub of the Indianapolis Public Library system, Central Library showcases renowned architecture and services. The original 1917 building, designed by Paul Cret and constructed of Indiana limestone in the Greek Doric style, was considered one of the most outstanding secular buildings in the U.S. Its six-story glass and steel-framed addition, designed by Evans Woollen, opened in 2007.
