Join us for the Contemporary Mexican Film Festival 2022. Through the months of September and October, the Mexican Consulate and IndyPL will be partnering to showcase stories from Mexico. Films will be shown in the Clowes Auditorium at the Indianapolis Public Library.

If it runs or flyes... It ends at the pot shows the gastronomic wealth of the Hñähñu people by living with the Cruz Ramirez family. We visit along with them the Mezquital Valley collecting the scarce local flora and fauna as a method of survival. The whole family is involved to create a unique and extraordinary cuisine which respects nature, inherited from prehispanic times. 2016, Documentary, 75 min. As the hub of the Indianapolis Public Library system, Central Library showcases renowned architecture and services. The original 1917 building, designed by Paul Cret and constructed of Indiana limestone in the Greek Doric style, was considered one of the most outstanding secular buildings in the U.S. Its six-story glass and steel-framed addition, designed by Evans Woollen, opened in 2007.
