This workshop will introduce the genre of graffiti and cover everything from creating different fonts to the history of tagging. Using stencils, pencils, sharpies, cardboard, fabrics and spray paint, Ess McKee will guide the participants in the creation of “Street art” of their own style.
Birthed from hip hop culture, this is an important process to learn the real history of street art and to be able to make it in a safe, positive atmosphere is everything.
People under 18 are welcome to register along with an adult who will join them for the whole class.
