Adults with basic mouse skills are invited to practice keyboard skills to type more effectively. By the end of this class you should be able to identify keys on a keyboard and their functions, use a hotkey combination, and identify basic landmarks in Windows 10 such as icons and taskbars.
Join the Tech Learning Team for a two-part introduction to using a Windows 10 computer. You are encouraged to attend both sessions but may choose to join us for any single session if you wish.

Mouse Basics and Parts of a Computer
Adults with little or no experience in using a computer are invited to learn the parts of the computer and to use the computer mouse more effectively, a needed skill to use a computer and the Internet. By the end of this class you should be able to recognize the major parts of a personal computer and use a mouse and the on-screen cursor to make the computer do what you want it to.
