This 30 minute duo program pairs the classic tale of Ferdinand, the flower loving bull, with David McPhail's charming story about a mole who learns to play the violin. Mole laughs at himself imagining that his music could move the hearts of kings and armies, little suspecting that it is true!

A new library for the rapidly-expanding area of suburban Washington Township was made possible by the donation of a 2.56 acre lot from Mr. and Mrs. Harrison Eiteljorg in 1968. The Nora Branch opened in 1971 on North Guilford Avenue and was expanded to 18,500-square-feet in 1990.
