In Unison is a large-scale, community-created block print that mirrors the graceful interconnectivity of starlings moving together in murmuration. In 2026, local artist Kassie Woodworth will bring a ten-yard roll of paper, hand-carved stamps, and printmaking ink to Indianapolis Public Library branches, inviting patrons to join in this shared act of creation.

A new library for the rapidly-expanding area of suburban Washington Township was made possible by the donation of a 2.56 acre lot from Mr. and Mrs. Harrison Eiteljorg in 1968. The Nora Branch opened in 1971 on North Guilford Avenue and was expanded to 18,500-square-feet in 1990.
