Adult Book Discussion at East Washington

Book to Film Adaptations

Are you a book and film lover? Have strong opinions of books and their film adaptions? Join the discussion on "The Silence of the Lambs" by Thomas Harris. Film adaption directed by Jonathan Demme and starring Jodie Foster, and Anthony Hopkins.

Books and DVDs can be picked up at the East Washington library a month before the discussion takes place.

Also, borrow The Silence of the Lambs through the library as a booke-audiobookaudiobookplayaway and e-book.

We will be discussing The Silence of the Lambs by Thomas Harris: A serial murderer known by a grotesquely apt nickname--Buffalo Bill-is stalking particular women. A young F.B.I. trainee is assigned to interview a mental patient--a brilliant psychiatrist and killer, for insights into the crime.
