Simple Strength Training

with ID Fit

EXTRA WEEK ADDED! Each week participants will explore exercises that can be done with minimal equipment, including warm up and cool down. Attendees will learn basic strength training exercises, terms, and how to track process. This program is suitable for adults and seniors.

*This week is added to make up for a cancellation earlier in the season.

Join Becca Biedler with ID Fit during this BONUS SESSION to learn how strength training can improve physical strength, cognitive function, metabolic health, balance, and much more! Exercises are full body but can be adapted to participant needs, and you will benefit whether you're attending just one or all of the classes in this series!

Participants will gain access to Becca's online platform to continue exercises at home, too!

We encourage you to bring a water bottle to class.

Meanwhile, enjoy this book list about the RBG Workout! RBG attributed her longevity and success to her strength training in older adulthood!

About the branch

Following years of volunteer-staffed service in an empty church building, a permanent library serving Franklin Township, the Wanamaker Branch, opened in 1969 on Southeastern Avenue. To meet the needs of a rapidly growing township, the branch was replaced in 2000 by the current 18,000-square-foot Franklin Road Branch.
