Get Dirty with Solful Gardens (Ask-A-Gardener: Pests, Problems, & Easy Fixes)
An Intro to Gardening Workshop
Wednesday, July 22
4:30pm - 5:30pm
Join Dr. Jarrod Dortch of Solful Gardens to get ready to "play" in your garden! Today's main topic is common garden pests, yellow leaves, wilting, blossom-end rot, overwatering, weeds, and low-cost solutions.
Spend some time with this year's Adult Summer Reading Program theme during this program that encourages you to play in your garden!
Join Dr. Jarrod Dortch of Solful Gardens to learn about ways you can play in the dirt. Grow your joy while also growing flowers, herbs, and veggies in a small amount of space! A bucket setup can help demonstrate common problems and easy fixes, including drainage holes, soil quality, plant crowding, and low-cost pest prevention.
