5:30pm - 7:30pm
Take your Cricut skills to the next level! Build on what we covered in Getting Started with Cricut Design Space in this special edition session. This program is designed to be hands on to discover different possibilities with various Cricut tools and wooden décor projects.
Learn some of our tips and tricks when working with basswood sheets. Design, cut, and assemble a project using Design Space and the Cricut Maker. The Tech Learning Team will recommend text and shape options then walk you step by step through the workflow.
Mix and match, layer, and embellish as you create your own decorative piece. Come ready to experiment, get creative, and make something amazing to take home. Some Cricut experience is recommended.
Basswood sheets and other materials will be provided.
If you have not attended our Cricut Design Space for Beginners program or do not have Cricut Design Space experience we recommend registering for the next session on our event calendar.
Registrants will be emailed class instructions that are necessary to review prior to class to ensure project completion.

Fort Ben Branch
The 22,000 square foot Fort Ben Branch provides easy access to Library services and collections due to its location in a high-traffic community with access to public transportation. It includes community meeting spaces and study rooms, beautiful landscaping components, and walk-up, bike-up, and drive-up material return locations. Its roof-top solar photovoltaic system will provides 80% of the building's electricity needs. The Library was envisioned as part of a redevelopment plan since the land was decommissioned and transitioned from the U.S. military to the City of Indianapolis in the 1990s.
The Branch is the first library branch in the state of Indiana to become a Certified Autism Center™ by receiving an international autism accreditation through the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES).
