Teens and adults are invited to a talk and Q&A featuring New York Times bestselling and award winning author Tiffany D. Jackson.
Jackson is a Coretta Scott King and John Steptoe New Talent Award winner as well as an NAACP Image Award nominee. She is the author of young adult books such as Monday’s Not Coming, Allegedly, Let Me Hear A Rhyme, Grown, White Smoke, Santa in The City, The Weight of Blood, and co-author of Blackout.

As the hub of the Indianapolis Public Library system, Central Library showcases renowned architecture and services. The original 1917 building, designed by Paul Cret and constructed of Indiana limestone in the Greek Doric style, was considered one of the most outstanding secular buildings in the U.S. Its six-story glass and steel-framed addition, designed by Evans Woollen, opened in 2007.
