One section for all players. Perfect for first time tournament players or those who do not wish to join the United States Chess Federation (USCF).
4 double rounds (play same opponent twice per round; once as white and once as black) with a 5 minute time control for each player.
Pairings partially weighted by player self reported skill level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced); i.e., players rate their own skill level.

1 Section with Class Prizes based on rating (classes and sections may change due to number of registered players). All ages.

As the hub of the Indianapolis Public Library system, Central Library showcases renowned architecture and services. The original 1917 building, designed by Paul Cret and constructed of Indiana limestone in the Greek Doric style, was considered one of the most outstanding secular buildings in the U.S. Its six-story glass and steel-framed addition, designed by Evans Woollen, opened in 2007.
