Reading Ready Time - Runaway Strings

Children 3-6 are invited to a virtual Library visit! Join us from home to sing along, listen to a story, see new places, and meet amazing people. In this week's featured episode, we visit with members of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra as they tell a story in this interactive performance.

Reading Ready Time is a virtual library experience specifically designed to help children 3-6 years old get ready to read and connect with the Library.  We hope this program will help them make a connection, building on their path to becoming lifelong learners. In this week's episode, Runaway Strings, members of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra tell a story about a quartet of string instruments who run away to search for adventures to bring home to their audience by making themselves into different forms of transportation.  Other Reading Ready Time episodes can be found on our YouTube channel.
