Little listeners are invited to the Center for Black Literature & Culture (CBLC) for stories, songs, and fun that celebrate Black history and culture. Designed for children ages 3–6 and their caregivers. Come listen, learn, and have fun together!

Join us for a special storytelling adventure—one filled with brave heroes, brilliant creators, powerful voices, and big dreams. Black History is not just history from long ago—it’s a story that’s still being written every single day, and you are part of it.

As we read today, listen closely for stories about courage, kindness, creativity, and community. You’ll meet people who used their voices, their talents, and their hearts to make the world a better place—people who look like you, people who believed in themselves, and people who never gave up.

📖 Storytime is a place where imagination grows, questions are welcome, and every child belongs. We’ll read, talk, maybe even move a little, and celebrate the beauty of Black culture, history, and joy.
