Intro to Soul Care
What does it mean to truly care for your soul? In this introductory workshop, you’ll see how soul care connects to your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. In this interactive session, you’ll experience simple practices for tending to your inner life and reflect on how they fit into your daily rhythms. You’ll walk away with a clearer understanding of soul care and practical tools you can begin using right away to cultivate greater health and well being.

Central Library
As the hub of the Indianapolis Public Library system, Central Library showcases renowned architecture and services. The original 1917 building, designed by Paul Cret and constructed of Indiana limestone in the Greek Doric style, was considered one of the most outstanding secular buildings in the U.S. Its six-story glass and steel-framed addition, designed by Evans Woollen, opened in 2007.
