Cuentos del Centro art reception will start at 11 a.m. with a marimba performance by Nicaraguan Marimba player, El Marimbaso in the Simon Reading room.

- 12 p.m. Performance by Costa Rican musician David Avila
- 1 p.m. Performance by Colombian musical duo Maconda
- 2 p.m. Dance performance by Ballet folklorico Mosaicos
- 3 p.m. Hamilton Harmony led by Venezuelan conductor Enrique Lira
Presented by Indiana Latino Arts, an initiative by Arte Mexicano en Indiana, in partnership with Central Library.

About the branch
As the hub of the Indianapolis Public Library system, Central Library showcases renowned architecture and services. The original 1917 building, designed by Paul Cret and constructed of Indiana limestone in the Greek Doric style, was considered one of the most outstanding secular buildings in the U.S. Its six-story glass and steel-framed addition, designed by Evans Woollen, opened in 2007.
